HOW I’M DRINKING IT

knobb creek whiskey

2 oz Knobb
1 oz simple syrup (homemade)
Dash of walnut bitters
Dash of tobacco bitters
Smoked with walnut wood

I also have made it a habit to not mix in ice because it waters down too quickly. I put the ice in after all of the ingredients, mix it around, then smoke it.
